1. Donation Refunds

  • Donations made to Ashraya Trust are considered final and are generally non-refundable. We deploy resources based on received donations for our charitable activities, and reversing transactions incurs administrative costs.
  • We request donors to be sure before making a donation.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations (Subscriptions)

  • If you have set up a recurring donation (subscription) through our payment gateway (Razorpay), you have the right to cancel it at any time.

If a cancellation request is received later, the current month's donation might still be processed, and the cancellation will apply from the subsequent billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for past recurring donations already processed.

3. Errors in Donation Processing
