2. Donations

• Ashraya Trust is a registered non-profit organization based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India. We utilize donations to fund our charitable activities including, but not limited to, Kshuda Nivarana (Food Distribution), Rugna Nivarana (Medical Aid), Educational Assistance, AksharaTara Gurukulam, and Ugadi Seva.
• We accept donations through various methods, including the Razorpay payment gateway for online transactions (including one-time and recurring donations/subscriptions) and direct bank transfers.
• All online donations processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Ashraya Trust is not responsible for any issues arising solely from the payment gateway's operations but will assist donors in resolving issues where possible.
• Donations made to Ashraya Trust are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancellations and exceptions.
• Tax Exemption: Donations made to Ashraya Trust are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, India (subject to prevailing regulations). We will issue 80G receipts for eligible donations upon receiving necessary donor information (Name, Address, PAN). Receipts are typically sent via email.

3. Intellectual Property

• The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ashraya Trust or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
